  • To uplift your mood, diffuse 3–5 drops to create a bright, emotionally balanced atmosphere. 

    To reduce stress, add a few drops to a bath mixed with an emulsifier and Epsom salts. 

    For clearer skin, apply the oil properly diluted in a carrier oil directly to blemishes.
