    2. Dispense Cleanser: Apply a small amount onto your palms and rub them together to warm the formula. 

    3. Massage Gently: Using light, circular motions, massage the cleanser onto your face, avoiding excessive pressure to prevent irritation. Avoid the eye area. 

    4. Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse with lukewarm water, ensuring all residue is removed. Avoid hot water, which can further sensitize the skin. 

    5. Pat Dry: Use a soft, clean towel to gently pat your skin dry—avoid rubbing. 

    6. Follow Up: Apply a soothing toner, serum, and moisturizer suited for sensitive skin to lock in hydration and maintain balance.
