    1. Cleanse Your Skin: Wash your face with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser to remove impurities while keeping your skin calm and balanced. Pat dry with a soft towel. 

    2. Apply Evenly: Using clean fingers or a brush, apply a thin, even layer of the mask over your face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. 

    3. Relax & Soothe: Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes, allowing the nourishing ingredients to calm and hydrate your skin. Do not let it fully dry. 

    4. Rinse Gently: Use lukewarm water and soft, circular motions to remove the mask. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
