    Processing Method: Steam distilled

    • Support immunity by diffusing during seasonal illness. 

    • Fight fatigue by diffusing in the morning. 

    • Clear airways with steam inhalation containing 1–2 drops of Thyme. 

    • Purify skin with occasional facial steams (highly diluted and monitored use). 

    • Clean surfaces using a base of vinegar with a dash of castile soap or alcohol before adding Thyme oil and water.

  • Dilute very well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.  

    Note: Red Thyme contains a high amount of toxic phenols (carvacrol and thymol) that can irritate mucus membranes, and must be diluted well before use. Avoid use if under the care of a physician.
